2009-2010 Iowa Water Center RFP (will be released in September 2008)

Bibliography of Iowa Water Research
It is important that water-resource decisions made by Iowa legislators, state agencies, local officials, and the private sector be supported by science. The Iowa Water Center is developing a Bibliography of Iowa Water Research publications. This is an opportunity for the water science community in Iowa to become involved and provide technical assistance to decision-makers statewide. To submit your publications, download and complete the Bibliography of Iowa Water Research form and email it to the Iowa Water Center.

Expert Directory
The Iowa Water Center is developing an Expert Directory to be used to facilitate communication between academic researchers and decision-makers. It will include contact information for the Center's stakeholders including academics, water resources professionals representing a variety of organizations (e.g., state agencies, municipalities, private organizations, and industry), and the citizens of Iowa. If you are a water expert at one of Iowa's colleges or universities or a water resources professional in Iowa, we invite you to participate in the Expert Directory. To register, download/save and complete the Expert Directory form and email it to the Iowa Water Center.

Water Fact Sheets
Coming soon! The purpose of the Iowa Water Center Water Fact Sheets is to describe water-related programs, projects, products, and water-resources topics for the Center's stakeholders. The goals of the publications are to summarize water resources research and investigations and to provide details about specific water related issues. If you'd like to develop a Water Fact Sheet in your area of expertise, for your project, or on a specific issue, please contact the Iowa Water Center for more information.
